Although no excuse is ever needed for a spot of baking, I thought it would be good to take a break from the monotony of job hunting by rustling up some cookies. Healthy for the mind, even if the outlook for my waistline is far more bleak!!! I love this recipe as they are super quick to make and due to the simplicity won't break the bank on expensive ingredients...and they taste pretty great too!
